More About OP

Thrive Treatment runs Alumni meetings on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:00pm – 7:00pm each week.  Dinner is provided at our Thursday night meeting. Clients at the Outpatient/Alumni level of care may already be working again and these evening meetings are convenient for most to attend.

To supplement the hard work our clients have already done by this stage, our alumni groups offer solid advice and practical solutions for continuing sobriety. Life skills are taught and/or reinforced and issues that arise from re-integrating into the workforce or re-connecting with family as a newly sober individual can be discussed safely and effectively. Clients are also encouraged to discuss the gains they have made during their recovery process so far.

As well as our therapist-led Alumni groups, we occasionally bring in outside providers who are experts in, for example, credit repair and money management. Our clients very much enjoy these groups and tell us they learn a lot from them.

The benefits overall from attending Alumni at Thrive Treatment are vast. Our staff and our company are well connected and well established in the sober community both in Los Angeles and across the country. We have countless resources and referrals to help our clients as they continue on their path.
